Returns & damages
Our plates should break at your party, not in the box. If they break on the way, we'll put it right.
01If plates arrive broken#
- Don't accept the package if the outer box is crushed or opened.
- If damage is inside, photograph or video the box, packaging and damaged plates as you unbox.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or at contact.shatterix@gmail.com.
02What we'll do#
We'll arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected plates.
